Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SalesSutra CRM ("SalesSutra"), operated by NMC Tech. By signing in or using SalesSutra you agree to these terms. If you use SalesSutra on behalf of a company (a "tenant"), you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company.

1. The service

SalesSutra provides lead management, scheduling, communication and reporting tools. Workspaces are set up by NMC Tech, and each tenant's available features are enabled by its plan.

2. Accounts

• Tenant administrators are responsible for the users they add and the access they grant.
• Keep sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use SalesSutra for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, or to send spam;
• upload data you do not have the right to use, or contact people without a lawful basis;
• attempt to access other tenants' data, disrupt the service, or bypass security or usage limits.

4. Your data

Tenants own the data they put into SalesSutra and are responsible for having the right to collect and use it. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

Some features connect to third-party services, such as Google Calendar and Google Meet. Using them is optional and is also subject to those providers' terms. A tenant can ask us to disconnect them at any time, or remove access from the connected account directly.

6. Availability

We work to keep SalesSutra available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment. A tenant may stop using SalesSutra at any time and ask us to delete its workspace data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NMC Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from use of SalesSutra.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
